Crystal Blue Travel was created by Bob Hillard Jr. of Adams, MA. Bob has been in the sales profession for over 15 years and has acquired alot of knowledge in this profession. One creed that he lives by is that " without clients, you are nothing!" Most of CBT's business is in his local community and without a doubt, clients will be in the local Walmart, Grocery store and wherever else Bob needs to go to get everyday supplies. When bumping into a client, Bob would rather have them say " Hey Bob, our trip was the best and your help was most valuable opposed to "You S.O.B, that was the worst time ever and you are a rip-off!" Now, if this happens, where would future business come from?? The only way to satisfy clients is to treat em right and get the information to them in a timely manner, book the trip, follow up and make it an absolutely wonderful experience.
